Risen

Our weather reflected the joy of Easter this year.  We soaked in the celebration of unmatched love, grace, and sacrifice with some of our besties.  It's become tradition to hunt the eggs and eat the ham with these beautiful people.  We make a point of sitting all day and watching the littles do their thing. We're darn good at that.

This is before the boy behind him starting hitting him with his palm branch, resulting in our last public performance in front of church.  Can you tell that I'm staring him down in this shot?  I sure was.

Ridiculous.  This baby has already fought with health issues, but her cheeks and joy have endured.

The Glassman's first family shot with baby Coco.  I know, so sweet.  And yes, Enzo is a saint.

The most darling boy on earth?  Yes mam.

Bama

Spring Break 2017 baby.  We stayed with Tim's mom and her husband, Marc, in Gulf Shores Bama. Right on the border of Florida, for your reference.  They live on a canal that leads out to the gulf. The canal houses many creatures that captured all our attention and interest throughout the week. The beach captured the rest of our attention.  We might have boated in the midst of pods of dolphins as well, which was pure magic.  The kids had a BLAST.  It was a relaxing getaway that we're so grateful for.  My apologies for the exorbitant amount of waves pictures.  The waves equal uninhibited joy for our littles.

 Right?  I know.

We do cry at the beach too.  Let's not forget.

 Again, I know.

 Marc loves him some Squirt.

We captured and released half dozen of these beautiful, snapping creatures.  They be quite angry when messed with.

Jimmy Buffet's sister's restaurant.  So much sandy fun.

See below for Daddy JOY...

For the 3rd time, I know.  Hunk of love.

This might be one of my favorite shots ever.  So much handsomeness.

We had a two hour layover on the trek home and Dude took the opportunity to teach fellow travelers how to make fortune tellers (you know, the paper thingies we used to make that open and close with fortunes waiting inside?).  This man was on his way to Uganda and took his with him.  Dude also read fortunes to anyone who would listen.  He loves people and has ZERO hesitation to engage fully.
