KINDERGARTEN BABY!

Our Dude was the little man on campus today.  His very first day of Kindergarten was a smashing success.  He looked cute as a button walking into his new home away from home and eased right in.  His teacher is wonderful -Dude felt comfortable with her immediately.  She's a hugger, which we love.  He told me 4 things he did during the day, which is 4 more than he would tell me during preschool days.  He learned the B-I-B-L-E song which had me a little teary listening to, did an art project around the Hickory Hickory Dock, went out for TWO recesses and didn't have enough time to eat his lunch (4 bites of his sandwich didn't exactly fill him up).  He'll learn.  We're so excited for the year ahead.  We found a great school that we're all thrilled to be a part of.
